My experience as a user research consultant has shown how valuable real-time feedback can be in improving user experiences and driving engagement.

I recently shared an idea on the forum about introducing feedback kiosks, a way for users, creators, and businesses to collect insights that can lead to meaningful improvements across the platform.

These kiosks aim to surface key pain points and suggestions that drive better retention and visibility, and other areas that seem to be ongoing challenges.
